About The Position

The Operations Support III provides daily analytical and program management support to senior level executives.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Work Model: Remote

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience in operations support.
• Current Secret Security Clearance.
• Valid state Driver’s License with acceptable driving record pertinent to the position.
• Ability to successfully pass any background checks and/or drug testing required on the contract.
• U.S. Citizenship.

• Familiarity with Government Contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to program, engineering, and logistics teams.
• Prepare and maintain schedules, reports, correspondence, and briefing materials.
• Support coordination of meetings, training events, site visits, and travel activities.
• Assist with data collection, reporting, and maintenance of program documentation repositories.
• Support compliance with contract reporting, security, and administrative requirements.
• Serve as an operational liaison between technical teams and program management.
• Perform all other job-related duties assigned.
