About The Position

The Operations Support Assistant provides administrative, data-entry, and hands-on support for daily operations. This role requires frequent data gathering on the floor to collect information, verify details, and assist the operations team with basic tasks as needed.

  • Full proficiency in speaking, writing, and reading in English
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel

Responsibilities

  • Walk the floor regularly to gather data, confirm information, and relay updates.
  • Support operations staff by assisting with non-technical tasks when needed.
  • Enter and update project, inventory, and operational data in spreadsheets and internal systems.
  • Prepare documents, logs, and reports based on activity on the floor.
  • Help maintain organized project materials and filing systems.
  • Communicate with staff to collect status updates or clarify information.
  • Perform basic data checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with coordination duties such as posting updates or distributing materials.
  • Assist with testing and implementing proposed innovative systems to enhance efficiency
  • Any other duties as assigned
