About The Position

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Operations Support Assistant plays a key role in keeping internal teams running smoothly. You’ll handle essential administrative tasks and contribute to the day-to-day operational processes by assisting with service delivery across departments. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and being the go-to support person for a high-performing team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is a plus.
  • 1–2 years in administrative, HR, payroll, or operations support.
  • Experience in a PEO or HR services environment is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with technical software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, Dropbox, and HubSpot.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) -- essential for serving our diverse client base.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to excel independently with little supervision.
  • Friendly personality that fosters positive client interactions.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Support a wide range of administrative and operational activities, including general office management.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for client employees.
  • Maintain and audit employee and client records in HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Support payroll processing through data entry, verification, and quality checks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and special projects.
  • Provide support to the Director of Operations, the operations team, and client partners as needed.
  • Other assignments as needed.
