About The Position

America’s Service Line, LLC, has an opportunity for an Operations Support Administrator in beautiful Green Bay, Wisconsin. The Operations Support Administrators are an integral part of our team and essential to our business. They allow us to provide superior transportation service and support to our customers and provide attention to OS&D/Claims resolution as well as timely and accurate preparation for proper invoicing to customers. As an Operations Support Administrator you will: Handle OS&D & Freight Claims (ASL Customers & Brokers) and AFG with AML Carriers. Trailer pool administration to enhance utilization. Make trailer positioning recommendations. Collaborate with customers to get the trailers unloaded/loaded and on equipment needs. Work with Maintenance Department regarding equipment and when work will be completed. Follow up on equipment not working properly. Tracking/Tracing ETAs for pickup and delivery for brokers and customers. Fill out major customer EDI reporting. Contact customers/brokers for approval of layover, TONU, detention, etc., and enter the charge on the order in McLeod in a timely manner. Ensure the rate from the rate confirmation is on the rate tab of the McLeod order for customers and brokers. Enter the rate change/accessorial request in e2open (customers) or on the customers/brokers website. Upload the BOL. Adjust the fuel surcharge, if needed (re-rate for updated miles and fuel cost). Release loads for billing the customer NOTE: this description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • High school diploma or GED achieved.
  • Strong customer service skills in a transportation setting preferred but not required.
  • Excellent verbal communication, including telephonic conversations, with internal and external contacts.
  • Clear written communication skills, with internal and external contacts.
  • Must be familiar with and able to work with Microsoft Office programs: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and strong Excel skills required, specifically sorting and filtering.
  • Willing and able to work overtime, as necessary.
  • Able to solve problems and resolve issues with autonomy.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
