What You’ll Do Build Your Crew: Own the full lifecycle of your team—from interviewing and hiring to training and mentoring. You don’t just fill seats; you build a culture of accountability. Drive Excellence: Monitor daily route completions and resolve "boots-on-the-ground" challenges in real-time. You are the primary problem-solver for our customers and our drivers. Command Presence: You have at least one year of supervisory experience (or experience as a GFL Lead Driver) and can handle tough conversations with fairness and respect. Problem-Solving Grit: When a route goes sideways or a truck breaks down, you’re the one with the plan. Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree is a plus. Tech Savant: You’re a wizard with routing software, GPS tracking, and fleet management systems. Cool Under Pressure: When a storm hits or the yard gets chaotic, you’re the calm center of the cyclone.
