You will oversee day‑to‑day operational workflows, support individual programs or full portfolios, and champion data accuracy, process improvement, and team development. While primarily an internal-facing role, you will collaborate regularly with cross-functional partners and occasionally interface with clients to maintain alignment, resolve issues, and support program goals. You will foster a high‑performing, flexible team through coaching, cross‑training, and structured support, while also owning key operational deliverables such as performance reporting, data quality checks, and the management of large datasets.
