About The Position

We are looking for a talented individual… To join our team as an Operations Supervisor! In this role you lead a team of Program and Operations Support staff and ensure the smooth, efficient execution of internal processes that drive successful program and project delivery for our clients. You will oversee day‑to‑day operational workflows, support individual programs or full portfolios, and champion data accuracy, process improvement, and team development. While primarily an internal-facing role, you will collaborate regularly with cross-functional partners and occasionally interface with clients to maintain alignment, resolve issues, and support program goals. You will foster a high‑performing, flexible team through coaching, cross‑training, and structured support, while also owning key operational deliverables such as performance reporting, data quality checks, and the management of large datasets. Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in operational or program support roles.
  • At least 2 years of people‑management experience.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PowerBI is a huge asset).
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must reside in the Greater Lansing area.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of experienced professionals through regular meetings, coaching, and collaboration.
  • Promote cross‑training to strengthen team flexibility, coverage, and shared process knowledge.
  • Own and track assigned program deliverables, including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reporting.
  • Perform quality checks on client reporting data and resolve incomplete or inaccurate applications.
  • Accurately manage large datasets using multiple tools and systems.
  • Oversee projects involving the transition of data processing or operational tasks to other departments.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support task prioritization and manage competing data requests and deadlines.
  • Achieve performance targets while ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with program requirements.
