About The Position

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are consistently met. This role manages workforce scheduling, monitors productivity, and minimizes downtime while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The supervisor provides leadership, coaching, and performance management for the production team, while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Additionally, this position is accountable for reporting, quality control adherence, and continuous improvement of operational processes.

Requirements

2-5 years previous experience in production and supervisory related experience.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft office 365
Regularly required to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs.

Nice To Haves

A bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and evaluate resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime.
Oversee workforce and scheduling
Ensure all employees follow company policies, industry standard health and safety guidelines.
Complete all employee hiring and performance reviews.
Provide motivation, support, and guidance to all employees.
Complying with all uniform and appearance guidelines.
Communicate any problems or obstacles to management.
QC requirements are being adhered to properly and consistently.
Completes daily and weekly reports in a timely manner.
Adhere to confidentiality of all company/employee/customer information.
Attends all required meetings, events, and training.
Accountable for workplace safety, productivity efficiencies, and overtime production.
Ensures compliance to quality, 5S, OSHA and HACCP support programs; assures conformity to all company, customer and government standards.
