Requirements

  • Lean Mindset: Follows lean practices such as 5S and waste reduction. Participates and support continuous improvement activities. Ability to effectively leads the team through 5S, Visual Management, standardized work, and Daily Management System.
  • Computer Skills: Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for operational reporting. Ability to analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like SAP. Basic understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) for inventory and production scheduling.
  • Emotional Intelligence: The ability to recognize, understand, and manage your own emotions while effectively perceiving and responding to the emotions of others. This includes skills such as empathy, self-awareness, emotional regulation, social awareness, and relationship management to foster positive interactions and resolve challenges constructively.
  • Must be a U.S. Person within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to front line team members in meeting their daily production targets to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Allocates and coordinates resources effectively to meet operational objectives.
  • Conducts performance evaluations, provides feedback, manages member development, recognition and ensures accountability and policy adherence.
  • Identifies and resolves day-to-day technical and operational issues and coaching and mentoring team's problem-solving capabilities.
  • Collaborates with key stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness to improve the production system and meet customer demand.
