About The Position
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading and motivating warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence. This role involves developing staff, managing labor costs, resolving employee issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, promoting a safe work environment, identifying and solving problems, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of management or supervisory experience.
- Strong and proven leadership, coaching and communication skills.
- Pass a drug test and background check.
- Be motivated and energetic.
- Great work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Lead your production team to its full potential.
- Direct and coordinate daily activities in the warehouse, including machine production.
- Provide guidance , leadership, and coaching to your team, and make sure projects and orders are completed on time.
- Drive and lead events such as: LEAN, compliance, safety, ISO, and general procedure/process events.
