About The Position

Under the supervision of the Associate Manager of Operations, the Operations Supervisor performs diversified duties to assist in operations of the District's paratransit programs. Coach drivers in all aspects of job-related duties. Responds to all driver incidents and accidents during your shift. Report any problems that have occurred during the shift to the Manager of Operations. Initiate complaint investigative activities. Perform observations on drivers and vehicles as required. Must be able to communicate courteously and effectively both verbally and written. Perform other job-related assignments as required. Must hold a current valid driver's license including an endorsement which allows the transporting of passengers. Assure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local rules and regulations and all applicable GNHTD policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must hold a current valid driver's license including an endorsement which allows the transporting of passengers.
• Must be able to communicate courteously and effectively both verbally and written.
• A drug test and background screening are required for this position.
• Subject to DOT drug testing.
• DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule 1 drugs, including marijuana, for any reason.
