Requirements

• Willingness to relocate for promotional opportunities within 12 months
• Experience in transportation, trucking, or logistics required
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel and business systems

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• Class B CDL preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

• Lead and assign work crews operating solid waste collection equipment
• Monitor daily operations and adjust staffing as needed
• Support and execute safety initiatives
• Conduct field inspections and audits to ensure proper procedures
• Address and resolve customer concerns
• Conduct performance reviews and development discussions
• Set short- and long-term goals for the hauling company
• Oversee compliance programs including environmental, OSHA, and local permitting
