This position provides administrative and secretarial support for the operations department. In addition to typing, filing, performs duties such driver acceptance check-in's, obtaining supplies, researching claims, COD's and POD's, providing customer support to the customers of ADL Delivery & ensure all deliveries are handled within customers expectations and company policy. This position will deal with a diverse group of important external callers as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload, recommends changes in office practices or procedures.
