About The Position

You'll be at the heart of our production center, helping millions of customers across the world enjoy Hallmark products. You'll join a diverse team with whom you'll be working across all areas of our facility. You will lead workers and collaborate with managers to solve work-related problems, accomplish goals, and exceed customer expectations. SHIFT DETAILS This position is a full-time, 5-day work week position on 3rd shift, 11:30pm - 7:30am Sunday night through Friday morning. Important things to know: This job will be located at our facility in Lawrence, KS. (Relocation assistance will not be provided) In the production areas there is some noise. Hearing protection is provided by Hallmark. Overtime is available and will be covered during the interview process. Occasional weekend work may be required depending on the needs of the business.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED or equivalent, AND a minimum of 3 years supervising direct reports; OR Associate's degree or higher.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or production operations
Experience managing direct reports in a manufacturing or distribution environment
Ability to lead, coach, and mentor teams
Strong communication- and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
