Operations Supervisor – Central Fill Schedule: Mon 9:00pm-7:30pm; Tue-Fri 9p-6:30pm; Rotating Saturday 12:00pm-8:30pm Additional hours as needed based on business requirements. Position Summary The Operations Supervisor oversees daily production activities within an Automated Pharmacy Refill Center, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate workflow. This role leads a team of pharmacy technicians, supports system performance, and partners across the operation to maintain service levels and deliver for our customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years operational experience, including 2+ years supervisory or lead experience
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision-making skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office and general computer systems
  • Flexibility to work second shift, rotational Saturdays, and overtime
  • Ability to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 35 lbs

Nice To Haves

  • Willingness to obtain Indiana Pharmacy Technician License
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in pharmacy, distribution, supply chain, automation, logistics, or manufacturing

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily central fill operations to ensure accuracy, quality, and productivity
  • Monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and make real‑time adjustments to maintain performance
  • Manage staffing assignments, intraday scheduling, and system thresholds
  • Support SOP development, training, and compliance requirements
  • Lead incident investigations and drive root-cause and corrective actions
  • Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management for the technician team
  • Collaborate with internal partners and couriers to meet service level commitments
  • Assist with technician duties as needed (training, dispensing, replenishment)
