Process Improvement: Analyze warehouse processes and customer complaints to recommend improvements. Ensure processes are cost-effective, efficient, and safe. Evaluate receiving and shipping processes for proper and timely material handling. Building and Equipment: Perform routine inspections to ensure maintenance and efficient operation. Recommend necessary equipment to meet company goals. Employee Development: Assess staff requirements and make recommendations. Regularly communicate goals, improvements, and changes to operation employees. Motivate and manage the operations team to meet company goals. Handle disciplinary actions consistently and fairly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems
