About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at our Luling site. This role is critical to ensure the smooth execution of daily operations and support our mission to deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience working with energetics preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to effectively manage teams and ensure operational efficiency.
• To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), you must be a U.S. citizen, a lawful permanent resident of the U.S., a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage operations personnel according to scheduled workloads.
• Understand and brief operations personnel on daily operational risk management systems.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of raw materials, tooling, and equipment.
