About The Position

If you are an OPERATIONS professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our SOUTHAVEN, MS location, you will be directly responsible for managing the work in the Operations for the Memphis Distribution Center. You must be able to communicate effectively with leadership, hourly workforce, vendors, and internal as well as external customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience working in a high-volume warehouse receiving environment.
  • Associate Degree in business management, supply chain, logistics, or related field and 5 years of experience in distribution or warehouse operations.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams, especially over a receiving team.
  • The ability to use ERP, WMS, and/or Microsoft Office applications to review and analyze data.
  • Strong organizational and human relations skills.
  • This position is hands-on and requires the ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States – sponsorship will not be provided for this role.
