The successful candidate must be able to manage the daily activities of (12-15) hourly riggers, providing daily direction and technical assistance. Must be able to manage crew safety, quality, cost and schedule performance within established goals, and promote and implement process improvement goals. Ensure employees are properly trained to perform their job assignments and ensure all applicable work procedures/documents are adhered to. Must have good interpersonal, verbal and written skills, as well as be able to interface with the customer and senior management. Candidate must be willing to work all shifts, overtime, and be willing to travel as required.
