Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships and part-time roles count!).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
• A proactive and self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine interest in the startup ecosystem and a desire to learn and grow rapidly within the cryptocurrency and fintech space.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to take on new challenges in a cutting-edge industry.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Previous experience in a startup environment, particularly within fintech or cryptocurrency.
• Experience utilizing AI tools and chatbots for business-related tasks (e.g., research within the crypto market, automation of basic customer inquiries).
• A demonstrated interest in learning about and applying AI technologies to improve business operations within the context of digital assets and financial innovation.

Responsibilities

• Business Development Support: Assist in research, analysis, and the creation of materials to support business development efforts within the digital asset ecosystem. This could include market research, competitor analysis, and the preparation of presentations or proposals for potential partners and clients.
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across various operational areas. You'll analyze current workflows, propose data-backed solutions, and help implement streamlined processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Project Management: Support cross-functional projects, ensuring clear communication, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines within the fast-paced and innovative environment of Bakkt.
• Executive Support: Provide ad-hoc support to the executive team on strategic initiatives and operational tasks related to building the finternet.
