Key responsibilities include: Assist Executive leadership in the Development & Execution of Transformation Strategy: Create comprehensive transformation roadmaps and strategic plans aligned with RBC's business objectives and operational vision Lead Organizational Change Initiatives: Spearhead large-scale change programs, managing transitions, stakeholder adoption, and organizational culture transformation Design Future-State Operating Models: Architect innovative operational models that enhance efficiency, service delivery, and competitive positioning Establish Change Governance & Frameworks: Create governance structures, change management protocols, and organizational frameworks to support transformation Manage Strategic Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate executive-level collaboration, build consensus across business units, and ensure alignment throughout transformation journeys Develop Strategic Insights & Analytics: Leverage advanced data analytics and market intelligence to inform strategic planning and transformation decisions Coach & Mentor Operations Leadership: Develop operations leaders, build change-ready teams, and cultivate organizational capability for sustained transformation.
