About The Position

This is a full-time position located in the Cash Management Operations Department at Central Technology Services. The Operations Specialist will be responsible for processing BusinessLink setup/change requests received from affiliate markets and daily audit review of BusinessLink changes. The position will also assist with general questions related to BusinessLink services.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years banking experience
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work quickly with a high degree of accuracy.
• Must be punctual, organized, and have excellent time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to affiliate Commercial Banking teams by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to BusinessLink, ACH, wire transfers, and Positive Pay services.
• Troubleshoot BusinessLink system issues and coordinate with internal technical teams or departments when escalation is required.
• Monitor and support daily Cash Management system activity, including reviewing and validating system maintenance reports.
• Set up new ACH and wire transfer services within the BusinessLink platform.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial Banking and Commercial Support teams to ensure seamless delivery of Cash Management services.
• Manage temporary limit adjustments by processing requests and restoring standard limits once temporary approvals expire.
