For the Operations Specialist position, your day-to-day might include things like: Leading recruitment efforts and building a consistent hiring pipeline for top-tier talent Assisting with HR activities like employee onboarding and offboarding, client onboarding and offboarding, and other routine HR tasks Operating accounts payable and receivable processes Setting up internal documentation to ease new employee onboarding
