Job Description Summary As an Operations Specialist, you will have the opportunity to learn about Fresh Mark's business operations while performing the following tasks: Develop an understanding of key manufacturing metrics and their impact on business performance. Gain practical knowledge of production operations and how they connect to Fresh Mark's overall business. Partner with supervisors and operating teams to support continuous improvement using reliability tools and data analysis. Assist with or lead special projects focused on safety, process improvement, quality, capacity balancing, workflow planning, and logistics. Participate in production meetings to understand how daily operations are managed. Collect, analyze, and present production data to help identify trends and opportunities. Support or lead improvements in safety systems, including training, audits, communication, recognition, and behavioral-based safety practices. Work alongside operators to learn processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to achieve shared goals. Assist in troubleshooting, process improvement, and equipment upgrades to help meet facility objectives. Coach, train, or engage employees in process improvement efforts (based on experience and responsibilities).
