As an Operations Specialist, you’ll ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time—helping our sales teams and healthcare providers deliver for patients when it matters most. What You’ll Do This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that combines warehouse work, inventory management, and local deliveries. Pick, pack, and prepare medical products for delivery Deliver and pick up products from hospitals and healthcare facilities Set up and organize products upon delivery Track and manage inventory, including cycle counts and documentation Upload delivery confirmations and maintain accurate records Coordinate routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries Communicate with team members to prioritize urgent needs Help troubleshoot inventory or delivery issues and follow through to resolution Maintain company vehicle (cleanliness, fuel, routine upkeep) Follow all company policies, including HIPAA and privacy regulations Why Join RX Medical?
