We have an opportunity at our corporate offices in Chicago for an Operations Specialist II (Hybrid) on our Physician Satisfaction team. This is a hybrid position reporting into our Chicago, IL office, requiring 3 days a week in the office. This role is responsible for executing core business processes that span the Professional Satisfaction (PS) group. Ensures that decisions related to budgeting, hiring, contracting, planning, and reporting are carried out smoothly and consistently. Provides operational visibility through metrics tracking and responsible for project management to support cross-functional work led by Product, Activation, and Program leaders.
