Reporting to the Manager of Engineering Strategy & Operations and working closely with the Director of Platform Engineering, you will support strengthening the operating systems that power our Engineering organization. You'll coordinate efforts across teams, maintain knowledge and process infrastructure. You'll help operationalize initiatives, from developer experience to delivery systems, that improve how our engineers build and ship software. This role offers the opportunity to build hands-on experience with engineering operations tools and practices. Over time, you'll grow into shaping how our systems and processes support clarity, alignment, and impact across the Technology organization.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in operations, program coordination, or similar role
Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Familiarity with product development tools and processes (CI/CD, Jira, GitHub, etc.)
Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and building strong, collaborative relationships
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with regular in-office presence

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting cross-functional teams or technical organizations preferred

Responsibilities

Program manage and track the execution of Platform Engineering initiatives across teams
Maintain and improve Platform Engineering's Jira workflows and reporting to support visibility, delivery tracking, and operational consistency.
Support and enable the "Development" phase of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC), ensuring teams have the tools, processes, and enablement needed for execution.
Build and manage reporting and visibility mechanisms that reflect engineering health, progress, and operational rhythm
Identify opportunities and implement changes to streamline workflows and strengthen operational consistency across Engineering
Drive cross-functional team efforts, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications to achieve project milestones effectively
Manage and maintain Engineering knowledge bases and documentation
Organize and coordinate engineering-wide enablement, including agentic AI coding
Support coordination and operations of engineering-wide forums, communications, and initiatives
Perform other related duties as assigned
