About The Position

Six Sigma Black Belt certification (must possess or obtain within 180 days of contract award).

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Ability to navigate operational challenges and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Experience developing and implementing operational processes and policies.
• Competence in assessing and analyzing training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site‑level project and production activities with precision and efficiency.
• Provide timely oral briefings to Government oversight personnel.
• Prepare and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct fact‑finding assignments and respond promptly to inquiries from the Government.
• Deliver written and oral briefings to senior management officials.
• Manage sensitive, detail‑driven tasks under strict deadlines.
• Demonstrate sound decision‑making, especially under high‑pressure conditions.
