This is a full-time, hybrid career opportunity based out of our Administrative Services Center location in East Petersburg, PA. Oversee Deposit Support functions, including review and validation activities, ensuring work is completed accurately and within established timelines. Partner closely with operations teams to maintain efficient workflows and consistent processing standards. This role is heavily focused on people leadership—setting clear expectations, managing performance, and strengthening team effectiveness—while leveraging existing subject matter expertise already present on the team. Support scheduling, workload distribution, and overall team productivity to ensure service levels are met. Maintain and enhance processes that drive efficiency and quality, while promoting a positive team environment and strong customer service outcomes. Support risk management controls and ensure adherence to policies and procedures as part of daily operations.
