We’re looking for a proactive, detail driven Operations Services Coordinator who thrives in a high reliability environment and plays a pivotal role in enabling operators, leaders, and technical experts to perform at their best. Essential Responsibilities: What You’ll Do As an Operations Services Coordinator, you will be the process owner for the tools, information, and documentation that keep real-time operations audit ready and running smoothly. You will: Own & Optimize Operational Processes Manage the full lifecycle of System Operations’ operating procedures—from scheduling updates to shepherding SME reviews to ensuring compliant publication and archiving. Validate device nomenclature and maintain controls for switching records and voice evidence. Curate and maintain Real Time Operations SharePoint sites, dashboards, and documentation repositories. Support Real Time Operations Excellence Administer training, NERC certification records, confidentiality agreements, and onboarding logistics . Conduct sampling and quality reviews of logs, communications, and evidence packages. Prepare and organize documents for operator assessments, incidents, and compliance requests. Coordinate Across a Diverse Team Work closely with operators, technical SMEs, system leaders, and cross functional partners to keep processes aligned and expectations clear. Balance multiple timelines, stakeholder needs, and high priority requests with confidence and clarity. Identify issues, ask the right questions, and recommend process improvements that enhance reliability and compliance. What You Bring Education & Experience Associate degree in business, office management, or equivalent experience. 2+ years managing administrative or operational processes with strong proficiency in productivity tools. Technical Skills Operating procedure and documentation lifecycle management Information and records management SharePoint ownership and dashboard maintenance Compliance and training record administration Budget coordination and rotating shift pay practice support QA sampling and communication review Process improvement and project coordination Timeline and workload management Who You Are You’re a rigorous, service oriented coordinator who brings structure to complexity.
