Job Summary:The Operations Service Manager will ensure that the branch operations run efficiently and according to all standard operating procedures. You’ll play an important role in ensuring our drivers, warehouse associates, service technicians and associate care center teams are supported and led at the highest level. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in leading teams, customer service, fleet management, safety and warehouse operations. This role is internal facing and is a part of a highly functioning team, working closely with the Customer Service Managers and other key branch leaders to ensure that our associates can work in a positive and safe working environment where their needs are met.
