Operations Senior Financial Analyst: The Impact You’ll Have On The Organization and World You will be a key member of the business team, planning, tracking, analyzing, and driving business results. You’ll collaborate with the Operations Finance Leader, Site Leaders, Functional Leaders, Finance Analysts, and Corporate Controllers to deliver on shared goals. You will contribute as part of the Site Management Team, helping define tactical plant plans that strengthen cost control and support sales growth. You’ll partner with Support Functions to manage costs, evaluate the financial impact of projects and organizational changes, ensure data accuracy, and provide financial performance analysis aligned with company policies. Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting and/or Finance.
  • 5+ years experience in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting and/or external financial reporting.
  • Established financial analysis skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Advance Analytical skills, ability to read and translate data into information.
  • Strong communication skills; must be able to work effectively with peers and higher levels of Company management.
  • Team player, interact effectively with cross functional teams.
  • Proactive and well organized.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling capabilities (Filters, Pivots, Formulas, Graphs, Calculated Fields).
  • Experience with SAP R/3 and / or Consolidation System (BFC/Cartesis/Other).

Responsibilities

  • Timely and accurate month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
  • Interpretation of financial results and metrics.
  • Contribution to develop actions plans and strategic decisions.
  • Creation and achievement of annual budget and monthly forecasts.
  • Continuous review of product costing in order to improve accuracy.
  • Monitoring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
  • Driving productivity projects and other plant initiatives/cost savings actions.
  • Coordination of capital projects process.
  • Performing ad-hoc analysis as needed.
  • Interfacing with internal/external audit.
  • Ensuring audits of fixed and physical inventory are completed in accordance with internal control procedures.
