About The Position

As a key member of our Operations Finance team, you will: Partner with site leaders and cross-functional teams to drive business performance. Lead financial planning, forecasting, and month-end close activities. Analyze financial results and translate data into actionable insights. Support cost control, productivity initiatives, and capital projects. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and audit requirements. Play an active role in plant strategy and operational decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or forecasting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivots, formulas, modeling).
• Ability to collaborate, influence, and communicate across all levels.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SAP or similar systems preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
