About The Position

Northern Gulf is a renewable fuel logistics and distribution company, focused on aggregating, separating and selling used-cooking oil (“UCO”) along the Gulf coast. The company seeks to make a positive impact in the local community and environment. Our business places collection bins at customer locations to collect UCO and grease from cooking and food production operations. Representative customers include: restaurants, stadiums, institutions and food manufacturing facilities. The Operations, Sales, and Service Coordinator plays a central role in supporting daily business operations, driving sales effectiveness, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position bridges internal teams and external clients, helping streamline processes, maintain accurate records, and deliver a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations, sales support, customer service, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and general business software.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; or at least 5+ years of experience in a growth oriented, fast-paced & professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize daily operational workflows to ensure efficiency across departments.
  • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and internal communication to support business activities.
  • Prepare reports, track KPIs, and assist with operational planning and forecasting.
  • Manage documentation, data entry, and record‑keeping with a high level of accuracy.
  • Support process improvements and help implement new systems or tools.
  • Coordinate with sales team members and general managers to drive effective onboarding of new customers.
  • Coordinate with marketing or leadership to support campaigns, events, and outreach efforts.
  • Monitor sales metrics and provide insights to help drive performance.
  • Deliver timely, professional communication to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Gather customer feedback and help identify opportunities to improve service quality.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to support retention and satisfaction.
  • Supervise assigned CSRs
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and act as project manager to execute projects on time as needed.
