JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for coordinating data sharing files with external partners and is an excellent fit for self-motivated critical and analytical thinkers. Requirements
- One year of experience using Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, PowerPoint, and WORD.
- One year of experience leading teams and/or facilitating meetings.
- One year of experience writing and revising documents.
- Six months of customer service experience.
Nice To Haves
- One year of experience using Microsoft Excel to compile, analyze, and review data, and create spreadsheets, pivot tables and charts.
- One year of experience communicating with customers for the purpose of resolving issues or concerns.
Responsibilities
- Participating in process projects and other initiatives, ensuring comprehensive and accurate performance and data analysis, and data-based decision making.
- Collaborating with others using technology to improve information sharing and streamline coordination across multiple processes.
- Maintaining open communication and building positive working relationships to solve problems and make decisions.
- Compiling and analyzing data, determining effectiveness and recommending next appropriate action.
- Conducting monitoring activities, reviewing operational transactions and performance information, and writing reports.
