About The Position

We are seeking an Operations Research/Systems Analyst (ORSA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for utilizing mathematical modeling and other analytical techniques to solve complex organizational problems. The ORSA will work closely with various departments to gather data, develop models, and provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
Proven experience in operations research, systems analysis, or a related field
Proficiency in mathematical modeling and statistical analysis tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy

Nice To Haves

Master's degree preferred
Certification in Operations Research or Systems Analysis is a plus
Knowledgeable of Vantage data system
Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
Knowledgeable of programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB
Familiarity with optimization techniques and software (e.g., CPLEX, Gurobi)
Understanding of database management systems and querying languages
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Responsibilities
