Job Description: Logistics Support Services: Port Hueneme, CA, (GOVT Onsite) The Contractor shall provide support to Sensors Weapons & Launchers programs including AEGIS, AN/SPQ-9B Radar, Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC), Dual Band Radar (DBR), Evolved Sea Sparrow Missile Systems (ESSMS), Harpoon, NATO Sea Sparrow Missile Systems (NSSMS), Over the Horizon (OTH), Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM), SPY1, SPY6, Tomahawk All-Up-Round (AUR) and Vertical Launching Systems (VLS). 1) Perform engineering and management analysis, assessments, investigations, to support technical documentation planning and execution through integration of engineering deliverable and schedules. 2) Support development and review of engineering studies and analysis to update technical documentation and data packages for integration into fleet technical procedures and drawings. 3) Conduct root cause investigations and develop papers on fleet technical feedback reports to recommend corrective actions to improve fleet readiness and support. (CDRLs A009/A021) 4) Provide Analysis support for Engineering technical data and documentation to support and maintain configuration control of hardware and software products for existing configurations, new releases, change requests, and reports of defects. 5) Perform, plan, participate, analyze, prepare, and provide engineering analysis on proposed engineering changes and technical data to identify impacts on technical documentation and drawings impacting fleet maintenance procedures and drawings packages in support of Sensors, Weapons & Launchers Weapon and ship systems. 6) Conduct technical investigations and make recommendations to improve fleet readiness through improved sustainability by addressing technical data and training issues. 7) Support analysis and tracking of engineering inputs and metrics to support technical requirements and program reviews including: a) Performance and Organizational management metrics b) Program resource support plans c) Integrated Master Schedules d) Program Briefings and Technical papers 8) Perform, plan, participate, analyze, and prepare S1000D technical data products for new acquisition, sustainment and modernization. S1000D technical manual development which involves applying elements to XML data modules from Business Rules according to S1000D issue specifications. Configuring applicability chart and developing data module code into XML data. 9) DSO/DLA Services & Broad Logistical Support. 10) Coordination of CUI, Marking Guides and Classified and or above Data Administration. 11) Model-Based Product Support Administration.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated computer literacy and experience with Microsoft products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
  • Demonstrated experience in logistics, data analysis, or supply support.

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, program/project support, data analysis, or supply support.
  • 3+ years of experience working with US Navy weapons systems.
  • Active Secret security clearance.
