About The Position

This role involves assisting with modeling and simulation for base resiliency and wargaming, supporting the development of optimization models for resource allocation, and preparing visualizations and dashboards for leadership decisions. The analyst will also help gather and clean data for simulation and analysis tasks, participate in wargame capstone events and pre-event preparations, and document methodologies while maintaining analysis tools. Further responsibilities include assisting in risk analysis and performance metric development, supporting the integration of simulation outputs into enterprise models, collaborating with senior analysts on experiment design, and providing administrative support for analytics projects.

Requirements

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
• Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research or STEM field.
• Experience with Excel and willingness to learn simulation tools.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
