Requirements

  • Honest, trustworthy. reliable, and hardworking.
  • Physical ability to perform sedentary work, exerting up to 10lbs of force occasionally.
  • Must be open and receptive to change and growth within daily workflow and processes.
  • Must be able to type and perform work on a computer.
  • Microsoft Office experience preferred to include Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using software tools for data management, reporting, and communication.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address operational challenges.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and unexpected situations.
  • Must have familiarity with most types of modern office equipment including copiers, computers, phones, and fax machines.
  • Must be able to work in a close, interpersonal team environment while encouraging and actively taking part in positive work culture.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, and process customer estimates for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate order fulfillment, inventory allocation, and shipping activities to meet delivery requirements.
  • Monitor estimate status and resolve discrepancies, delays, or errors in a timely manner.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams regarding changes, issues, and delivery updates.
  • Act as a liaison between Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, Customer Service, Environmental, and Safety teams.
  • Ensure relevant stakeholders are informed of operational priorities, status, and regulatory requirements.
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to estimate status, fulfillment issues, and operational concerns.
  • Address customer complaints related to shipping, delivery, or order accuracy and coordinate resolutions.
  • Work closely with Sales to support consistent customer experience.
  • Ensure documentation is complete, current, and properly maintained.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain hazardous waste manifests and chain-of-custody documentation for PCB shipments.
  • Ensure manifests are properly completed, signed, returned, and retained within required timeframes.
  • Support compliance with applicable environmental, safety, and industry regulations.
