As an Operations Representative at Webbing, you will manage all customer backend setup in a Webbing-developed platform, consisting of multiple complexes and ever-evolving pricing and service modules. You will: Handle customer setup and changes. Support Webbing agents with all requests and questions regarding the service, setup, and management platform. Building and updating customers’ plans. Be a part of the cross-department’s projects. Operations maintenance activities planning. Handling monthly billing tasks. Perform basic QA for new Webbing platform features. Full- time position
