Here’s the Gist: In this role you will develop, improve, enhance, and maintain all scheduling/dispatching logic in our brand new, fully automated Mohawk Valley fab.

Requirements

  • BS degree from a four-year college/university in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field
  • Knowledge in reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and/or Spotfire.
  • Demonstrated experience in SQL writing database queries (Oracle and SQL Server).
  • Proficient with databases and data analysis tools (SQL, Oracle, Excel, VBA, JMP, etc.)
  • Self-motivated and ability to learn on one’s own.
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate specs provided by users to visualized reports in a clean and clear way.
  • High motivation with continuous drive for improvement.
  • Specific experience in scheduling/dispatching and data analytics solutions within wafer FAB using commercial MES, AMHS, MCS and dispatching/scheduling solutions
  • Proven experience in supporting highly automated/paperless new FAB startups as well as 24/7 FAB support.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams on multiple, simultaneous projects.
  • Excellent knowledge in factory physics and operations research
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
