As an Operations Recruiter , you'll be a key player on the front lines of talent acquisition, driving the success of our high-performing Operations team in Las Vegas, NV and supporting the entire Fanatics fulfillment network as needed. Think of yourself as the team scout, coach, and recruiter all in one—scaling our roster with top-tier talent and ensuring we're always game-day ready, especially during peak season. Requirements

  • Proven Recruiting Game : 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, especially for operations roles in fast-paced environments.
  • Track Record of Wins : You’ve recruited in a high-volume environment (warehouse, logistics, retail, call center) —and have the scoreboard to prove it.
  • Sourcing Smarts: Master of sourcing, assessing, and engaging talent across multiple platforms and tools (bonus points for Oracle Recruiting Cloud & LinkedIn Recruiter experience).
  • Team-First Mentality : Strong collaborator with hiring managers, stakeholders, and candidates—always driving toward shared success.
  • Detail-Oriented & Deadline-Driven : You keep your head in the game, juggling multiple priorities like a pro.
  • Fan-Obsessed : Committed to delivering world-class experiences at every touchpoint—for our candidates, hiring teams, and fans.
  • Leadership on the Field : You bring energy, grit, and determination to every play—leading by example and elevating the team.

Responsibilities

  • Scout & Sign Top Talent : Own the full life cycle of recruitment—from kickoff to final offer—sourcing the best players for our operations team across manufacturing, distribution, and fulfillment.
  • Be a Culture Coach : Deliver a winning candidate experience at every stage, repping the Fanatics brand and making us the employer of choice.
  • Strategize Like a Pro : Partner with hiring managers to develop game plans that align with business goals and operational demands.
  • Build a Talent Bench : Proactively pipeline for future needs—because every great team needs depth.
  • Track the Stats : Use recruitment data and metrics to optimize the playbook, improve performance, and level up our hiring process.
  • Stay in Bounds: Ensure every hire follows the rules—compliance with employment laws and internal policies is always in play.
