About The Position

AIR is hiring an Operations Talent Recruiter to lead our hiring efforts for a variety of positions and department teams based out of our Denver Headquarters. Working as part of a centralized team in Denver, CO, the Talent Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for executing AIR’s recruitment strategy to ensure job vacancies are filled timely with quality candidates. Where You Will Work Our corporate office is located in the Denver Tech Center. Our office spans the top two floors of the building and features expansive views of the mountains and the downtown skyline. AIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates, therefore this position will be in-office 5 days a week to support central administrative operations.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of recruiting experience (corporate, operations, retail, hospitality, etc.) or equivalent combination of operations experience.
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly learn and utilize multiple software applications and data entry systems
  • Dependable and proven ability to work independently
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills
  • Property management experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the full-cycle recruitment efforts for a wide variety of job openings including individual contributor, manager, and leadership positions across the organization.
  • Establish relationships with regional leaders and hiring managers, ensuring successful placement and onboarding of new hires.
  • Identify creative and effective methods for sourcing quality talent.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local school programs and other potential referral sources.
  • Manage employment marketing efforts including writing compelling job ads and selecting advertising partners that will attract qualified candidates for open roles.
  • Create and manage a pipeline of both internal and external candidates for critical positions.
  • Execute AIR’s team member referral program
  • Monitor public job advertisements regularly ensuring quality of posting, and alerting leaders to fraudulent postings if/when identified.
  • Manage candidates through pre-employment screening process

Benefits

  • Expected pay rate of $78,000 - $85,000 + annual target 10% bonus. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and specific experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
