About The Position

This position is responsible for supporting the development and execution of operational strategies focused on market expansion and product obsolescence. The role also provides strategic direction and cross‑functional coordination to identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements that enhance organizational performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 2-4 years of previous project management experience in supply chain, operations, engineering, and/or planning.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards or similar.)
  • Excellent organizational and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and track tasks to align with project plan and team objectives.
  • Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated excellent ability to work on and influence cross functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability with data analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting.
  • Able to multi-task

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Oracle ERP software and/or implementation
  • Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Experience in medical device manufacturing and supply chain
  • Understanding of Industry regulations as it pertains to medical devices
  • Financial acumen

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the scheduling, coordination, and execution of market‑expansion readiness and product launch activities.
  • Conducting analyses and developing recommendations for product obsolescence, including planning and executing phase‑out activities.
  • Supporting cross‑functional implementation of major product changes to ensure alignment, clear communication, and effective deployment.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen operational efficiency and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, R&D, Commercial, and other cross‑functional teams to drive end‑to-end operational and supply network strategies across New Product Development (NPD) initiatives. Serve as an active contributor on core teams supporting major programs and strategic efforts.
  • Manage market‑expansion readiness through the Change Request Process (ChRP), ensuring alignment, accurate documentation, and timely execution of operational updates.
  • Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, and Engineering teams to evaluate the operational impact of market‑expansion projects. Support capacity planning, sourcing strategies, risk identification, and mitigation planning.
  • Analyze sales performance and commercial registration schedules to develop recommendations and execute product‑obsolescence strategies for aged or underperforming devices.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of operations processes, including analytics, sourcing, planning, and inventory management.
  • Apply continuous‑improvement methodologies and structured problem‑solving to enhance operations and supply chain processes.
  • Develop and release process documentation using tools such as Visio, Excel, Word, and Master Control or similar document‑management systems.
