Job Title: Operations Project Manager (Semiconductors) Job Duties: Support complex, cross-functional operations projects, including introduction and qualification of new semiconductor manufacturing facilities, new test equipment, and related semiconductor manufacturing processes. Using electrical engineering knowledge and project management skills to facilitate strategic planning discussions and drive the cross-functional team to meet deliverables and milestone commitments to ensure successful project launches and completion. Align and establish the project Plan of Record (POR) for semiconductor manufacturing technologies. Manage a collection of operations and integrated circuit (IC) projects through planning, execution, and tracking. Anticipate and identify technical project risks, schedule slips, or changes to analyze the scope, cost, and resource impact. Drive resolution of internal issues when the project deviates from plan. Build, monitor, and maintain the project tracking system to capture: WBS, Schedule, milestones, resources, costs, and deliverables. Identify, scope, and lead process improvement projects impacting efficiency and on-time execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science or equivalent in Electronic Engineering or related.
  • 12 months as Program Manager, or Project Manager, or related.
  • work experience to include at least 12 months with the following:
  • Execute the Program Plan of Record focused on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity.
  • Project management methodologies and techniques, Project Management Tool (PMT);
  • Cost-benefit analyses for Cost Management and ROI assessments;
  • Advance usage of MS Project, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Office for creating WBS and tracking schedule, budget, and resources.
