Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools; experience with data visualization platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to engage deeply with complex operational challenges.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior exposure to manufacturing, process improvement, or logistics is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Support project managers in planning and coordinating consolidation efforts, including facility transitions, equipment moves, and the centralization of assembly operations.
  • Assist in integration activities related to newly acquired facilities—helping align processes, documentation, quality standards, and production expectations.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, risk assessments, communication plans, and resource tracking tools for multi site initiatives.
  • Collect and analyze operational data—capacity, labor utilization, workflow efficiency, equipment performance—to inform transition decisions and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Participate in cross functional working sessions focused on standardizing processes, improving layouts, and ensuring smooth operational handoffs during consolidation or integration.
  • Document current state and future state processes, including process maps, standard work, and transition playbooks.
  • Prepare clear, concise project updates and presentations for stakeholders across operations, engineering, quality, HR, and supply chain.
  • Contribute to change management activities that support smooth transitions to new workflows, locations, or organizational structures.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational continuity throughout all project phases.
