About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Operations Project Analyst to lead company projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining project scope, developing detailed plans and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals. This role enhances organizational efficiency by analyzing data, workflows, and systems to solve problems, reduce costs, and improve performance. Key responsibilities include using statistical models, software, and cross-functional collaboration to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements, monitoring processes, forecasting trends, and reporting findings to management.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in project management, operations analysis, or a related role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, JIRA).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in statistical analysis and process optimization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong team mindset with proven ability to work effectively across departments.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
  • Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence platforms

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Initiation: Work with finance, sales, marketing, and production teams to optimize cross-functional processes. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
  • Execution & Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, and timelines, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate potential risks, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with sales and customer expectations.
  • Documentation & Closure: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement. Create reports, dashboards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Process Improvement: Identify waste, inefficiencies, and risks in current business operations.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from databases and reports to drive decision-making.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop models, simulations, and actionable recommendations for management.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate project status, issues, and solutions to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
