About The Position

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking an Operations Processor in Consumer & Small Business Banking providing coverage for CSBB Operations. Requirements

  • 2+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • The position requires walking and standing for extended periods of time and pushing/pulling pallets of carts.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to understand and use warehouse software systems such as Oracle and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
  • Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, reach, grasp repeatedly during an 8 hour shift
  • Able to perform moderately dexterous tasks, such as picking product and packing, repeatedly
  • Ability to obtain certification and operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and order selectors
  • Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment i.e. warehouse

Responsibilities

  • The team member will operate a RF device to perform picking task for the Outbound Team.
  • Use of Oracle Warehouse Management system to perform picking task.
  • Performs general warehouse work under supervision including picking task, shipping, and load and unload trailers, regular lifting of up to 50 pounds, move materials using manual pallet jacks and powered forklift equipment.
  • Use computer system for manually processing FedEx shipments through Pitney Suite.
