Requirements
- Minimum one year of related experience required.
- High school degree or GED required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in operations processing preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Processes transactions and reviews documentation to ensure requests have been completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Identifies processing and workflow issues to provide input on procedure updates and changes for overall improvement and effectiveness of processing.
- Provides necessary reporting, quality assurance responses, audit responses, and relevant paperwork as requested.
- Builds knowledge to support training and education of other teams on various processes.
- Acts as a resource to crew, and assists with elevated issues.
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
