This is a cross-functional position that provides production support to the imaging department. Primary responsibility will be scanning and indexing customer service and case processing documents and handling faxes. This position provides plenty of variety and will be cross trained in other functions of the department. It is important that this role be filled by a team player with strong 10 key skills. Duties may include functions related to payment transactions or claim processing, data entry, archiving, researching, troubleshooting and vendor/client interaction. Researches exceptions and escalate issues to management as appropriate. May have the opportunity to recommend and implement developed processing improvements within production. The positions will require the ability to move trays and carts of work, stand or sit for extended periods of time, and repetitive motions. Lability to lift up to 25 Lbs. is required.
