About The Position
About the Role We are seeking detail-oriented and self-motivated individuals to join our team in an independent, production-focused role. This position plays a key part in supporting operational goals by ensuring accurate and timely research within our systems. Key Responsibilities Conduct research within Wells Fargo’s system of record to locate updated addresses for customers in response to returned mail. Work primarily with credit card accounts to identify and verify accurate address information. Navigate multiple internal applications simultaneously to complete research efficiently and accurately.
